Omega 3 Kapseln
Die Kapseln waren am nächsten Tag da. Lief alles unkompliziert. Beim Öffnen der Dose, kam direkt ein Fisch duft raus. Sehr unangenehm. Die Kapseln sind weich und sehr groß. Es war eine Herausforderung diese zu Schlucken (ich kann generell Tabletten schlecht schlucken). Nach einer Woche Einnahme merkte ich schon positive Veränderungen. Ich bin nicht mehr so müde, fühle mich fitter. Ich kann die Kapseln nur empfehlen.
